There has been an announcement that in August, for one month, the Gundam’s right arm will be used for the 2016 Olympic bid logo.

This is working, they say that they are going to tear it down, but in actuality there is a top secret organization that will recruit pilots to use the gundam as an Ultimate weapon. They just say that they are going to tear it down so they won’t scare the citizens of Japan.

赤壁II決戰天下The War of the Red Cliff Part II

The first one is definitely the scene where Zhuge Liang諸葛亮 trick Cao Cao曹操 into practically giving them 100,000 arrows with a fleet of about 20 small boats covered with hay and straw, as well as mounted with scarecrows. Cao Cao’s navy, led by Cai Mao and Zhang Yun, noticed the incoming enemy fleet and decided to engage the enemy but they did not dare to venture further into the battleground for fear of falling into an ambush, as there was a thick fog over the river. Cao Cao’s army fired arrows at Zhuge Liang’s fleet but the arrows were stuck in the hay and straw so Cao Cao’s navy lost more than a hundred thousand arrows to the enemy in that single “battle”. So clever.

The other one is the “bomb-making” scene, where Zhou Yu’s “assistant” Gan Xing inspected the bomb making session and was unsastified with the impact the bomb produced. He repeated requested for a bigger flame until it reaches: kaBOOM!

There was a man who had four sons. He wanted his sons to learn not to 
judge things too quickly. So he sent them each on a quest, in turn, to 
go and look at a pear tree that was a great distance away. 

The first son went in the winter, the second in the spring, the third in summer, and the youngest son in the fall. When they had all gone and 
come back, he called them together to describe what they had seen. 




The first son said that the tree was ugly, bent, and twisted. 
The second son said no it was covered with green buds and full of 
promise. 
The third son disagreed; he said it was laden with blossoms that smelled 
so sweet and looked so beautiful, it was the most graceful thing he had 
ever seen.  The last son disagreed with all of them; he said it was ripe 
and drooping with fruit, full of life and fulfillment.

The man then explained to his sons that they were all right, because 
they had each seen but only one season in the tree’s life. 

He told them that you cannot judge a tree, or a person, by only one 
season, and that the essence of who they are and the pleasure, joy, and 
love that come from that life can only be measured at the end, when all 
the seasons  are up. 

If you give up when it’s winter, you will miss the promise of your 
spring, the beauty of your summer, fulfillment of your fall. 



Moral: 
Don’t let the pain of one season destroy the joy of all the rest. Don’t 
judge life by one difficult season. Persevere through the difficult 
patches and better times are sure to come some time or later…. 


Xam’d: Lost Memories

VACANCY (Ending theme to Bones studio original animation Xam’d: Lost Memories) 

Born in 1994, Kylee is one of the brightest up-and-coming pop stars.

Showcasing her talent in singing from an early age, Kylee won an audition and performed the national anthem for the opening of NBA game to a sanding ovation at the age of 11.  The performance caught the attention of music industry insiders and she was soon signed to DefStar Records/Sony Music Japan.

In 2008 an exceptional opportunity came when VACANCY was chosen as the ending theme to “Xam’d: Lost Memories”,an original animation from Bones studio.  “Xam’d…” is the first original program available on the Playstation Network’s video delivery service for Playstation 3 and PlayStation Portable (PSP) and is now available in the U.S.

Since the release of the animation, the ending theme footage posted on You Tube has received many thousands of hits from people trying to get the first glimpse of this talented singer.  As fans all over the world are hungry for more, Kylee is preparing for her much-anticipated album debut slated for early 2009.
